Flowey doesn't have emotions, at least not during a normal/genocide run, he even mentions it himself.
He doesn't have emotional fears, he has logical fears, the fear of dying (again) is more-so "I don't want to 'not exist' " than "I want to live"
Also if he does have some emotions after the true ending, somehow even though he's soulless again, He'd be stuck there in the mountain as everyone in the underwold leaves to the surface
An eternity of living as a flower in the deepest part of a mountain ... that would suck and it's sad... :c

I didn't say there was no character development. Flowey/Asriel is THE ONE character with the absolute MOST character development in the entire game.
Yes a lot is left to our imagination, the player character is left androgynous, we never know what happens with Burgerpants and Bratty & Catty, If Asgore and Toriel got back together, exactly what/who Sans really is and how he knows everything he does and where he got his power...
But a lot of it is solid, you have to look at it from multiple ways but a clear story comes out for a lot of the game once you do. For Asriel/Flowey, After he died initially, and was brought back as Flowey, he has no emotions, this wasn't left to our imaginations, Flowey tells us directly he doesn't have the emotions and cannot feel them.

You don't have to mold video games to a religious view just to enjoy them.
Magic is just that, magic,a power that comes from the soul, in lore with Undertale (A FICTIONAL game) humans used to use magic, but they didn't need to use it after the war and now humans don't know how to use magic anymore.
The soul is just that, your essence, your being. It's where the power of your magic comes from. In lore with the game, monsters are mostly magic beings with little physical matter and weak souls, humans are mostly physical matter with strong souls. Humans are so strong both physically and magically that that's why the monsters lost the war and were sealed in the mountain.
idk why you replied to me with this religious comment, are you trying to start an argument? Please don't.

Dude you are quite the conundrum. Can you not realize the difference between reality and fantasy?
You can enjoy books, movies, and video games that have things like magic in them (and stop saying magic/witchcraft because they're separate entities)
There's a BIG difference between someone casting a silly spell and making stars and rainbows appear, and someone in real life placing a hex on someone or trying to raise the dead.
And why are you sorry about being involved in the furry fandom? There's no connection between furries and magic or witchcraft.
I'll not be responding to you further, because I can't help but feel like you're trolling me with this self-righteous biblical nonsense.

I faved this a while back never commented. Now I really feel like I want to. You really did a great job on this. I never thought a character with a rainbow aura of all things could look menacing yet it also speaks of disdain and sadness in a way to me.
I am not an undertale fan (Never played the game) But I know his story and I suppose I just wanted to say I really feel like this piece does that character justice!
