So! A while back I came across one particular artist by the name of Deriaz - an artist with a frankly wonderul style - very talented artist. He was offering at the time a few experimental black-and-white commissions - lowered cost as he was trying it out. To my surprise, noone else was jumping in on them and well... I saw my opportunity, and I took it!
And boy am I ever glad I did, because the result came out looking fantastic! He did a fantastic job of Maverick, and really helped produce a dynamic action shot for the little guy - quite suitably punching far above his eyeline! He might often be all grins and flexing but... well, when you gotta up your dukes, you gotta be ready for a real fight!
